功能说明
从容量参数创建定容环形缓冲区，从标准输入读 push/pop 命令，每操作后打印缓冲区内容。缓冲区以模运算回绕使头尾指针循环数组。运行 printf “push 1\npush 2\npop\npush 3” | node cbuf.mjs 3 输出 1、1,2、2、2,3。满缓冲 push 静默忽略；空缓冲 pop 返回 undefined；状态以逗号分隔活元素打印。

当前环形缓冲区命令行工具实现覆盖最常见的使用路径。本译文依据英文原文完整重写，代码与命令与英文版本严格一致，可在本地按运行方式复现并核对结果。A push on a full buffer is silently ignored; a pop on an empty buffer returns undefined. The buffer state is printed as a comma-separated list of live elements.若用于生产，请先补充输入校验、错误处理与日志，再结合自身环境调整node版本。
